Job summary

Laing O'Rourke in Port Talbot is seeking an experienced pump operator to join our on-site team on major infrastructure projects. You will operate concrete pumps safely, ensuring deliveries meet specification and recording daily checks.

Working with a committed crew, you will help maintain equipment, report any damage, and support a culture of safety, quality and teamwork across site operations. CPCS Blue card is required.

Our highly trained and directly employed teams deliver some of the UK's most complex infrastructure projects. With a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for experienced individuals to join our team.

Day to Day Duties:

• Operate the pump safely in line with manufacturer and company instructions
• Ensure each concrete delivery is correct and within specification
• Carry out, report and record daily checks on the pump
• Ensure all equipment is returned in good condition
• Inspect concrete lines and report any damage
