  • Advanced knowledge of statutory compliance and NHS regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Board and committee governance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and NHS regulatory requirements.
  • Support Non-Executive Director recruitment and induction.
