McLaren Racing seeks a Technical Coordinator to provide proactive coordination, technical insight and project support to two Executive Directors across Programmes, Production, and Performance Technology and Systems.

You will manage complex diaries, travel, leadership meetings, briefing packs, and communications, while driving actions, milestones and improvements across multiple teams.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in executive coordination or similar role supporting senior technical leaders.
• Technical or engineering knowledge within engineering/manufacturing/technology environment.
• Working knowledge of project management principles: planning, milestones, risk & dependency management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate complex diaries, travel and priorities for two Executive Directors and plan leadership forums and milestones.
• Organise leadership meetings and cross-functional forums, manage agendas, contributors and materials, with clear records of decisions.
• Prepare briefing packs, presentations and reports by gathering and summarising technical information.
• Coordinate executive actions and improvement projects, tracking milestones, risks and dependencies to completion.
• Build relationships across Programmes, Production and wider functions, improving processes and digital ways of working.
