Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Technical Coordinator to provide proactive coordination, technical insight and project support to two Executive Directors across Programmes, Production and Performance Technology. You’ll create structure around priorities, information and deadlines, acting as a trusted link between senior leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior technical or operational leaders.
• Technical or engineering knowledge in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of planning, milestones, risk and dependencies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and confidential info.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex and changing diaries, travel and priorities for two Executive Directors.
• Organise leadership meetings and cross-functional forums with agendas and materials.
• Prepare briefing packs, presentations, reports and communications from technical data.
• Coordinate actions and projects, tracking milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Build relationships across functions and improve processes and digital ways of working.
