Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Technical Executive Coordinator to provide proactive coordination, technical insight and project support to two Executive Directors across Programmes and Production, and Performance Technology and Systems.

You'll organise diaries, travel and priorities, prepare briefing packs and manage milestones, risks and dependencies while acting as a trusted link between senior leaders and stakeholders to improve delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive coordination or support for senior technical/operational leaders.
• Technical or engineering knowledge within a complex environment (engineering/manufacturing/ motorsport).
• Knowledge of project management basics: planning, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent organisation and communication with ability to handle confidential information.
• Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint; strong Excel/SharePoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex executive diaries, travel and priorities for two Executive Directors.
• Organise leadership meetings and cross‑functional forums and maintain records of decisions.
• Prepare briefing packs, presentations, reports and communications with technical/operational data.
• Coordinate actions, activities and improvement projects, tracking milestones and risks.
• Build relationships across functions to improve processes and digital ways of working.
