WHAT YOU'LL DO

Business Client Development
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to maximize sales and commercial opportunities both in-store and through outreach
  • Build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs), Super VICs, and top clients
  • Initiate and execute bespoke events and experiences for clients
Leadership & Engagement Support
  • Create a unique and elevated environment aligned with the Ralph Lauren sales code
  • Act as a professional Ralph Lauren ambassador and representative to effectively network and stay informed about competitor activity, innovations, trends, events, and campaigns
  • Maintain expert knowledge of brand and product offerings
Operations
  • Become an expert in Ralph Lauren clienteling tools, store systems, and procedures
  • Uphold and coach brand standards and presentation
  • Attend buying meetings and communicate product and client feedback to buyers and managers
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
