WHAT YOU'LL DO
Business Client Development
  • Deliver an extraordinary, best-in-class, and personalized level of service to maximize sales and commercial opportunities in-store and via outreach
  • Perform at an expert level to build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs), Super VICs, & top clients
  • Initiate and execute bespoke events and experiences for your clients
Leadership & Engagement Support
  • Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code
  • Act as a professional Ralph Lauren ambassador and representative to effectively network, and stay up-to-date with competitor activity, innovations, trends, events, and campaigns
  • Maintain an expert level of brand and product knowledge
Operations
  • Be an expert in Ralph Lauren clienteling, digital tools, store systems, and procedures
  • Uphold and coach brand standards and presentation
  • Attend buying sessions and communicate product and client feedback to buyers and managers
