Job summary

HAIL Partners is supporting a highly regarded boutique investment firm in central London. We seek an experienced Executive Assistant to join their busy, high-performing team based fully in the office. You will support a senior figure with lighter support to 2-3 colleagues, handling travel, expenses, and meeting coordination.

  • 7+ years experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • At least 1 year of experience within private equity or the private markets space.
  • Experience with complex diaries and travel coordination.

  • Provide executive support to a senior leader and assist a small team.
  • Coordinate international travel and expenses.
  • Manage meeting logistics and calendars.

HAIL Partners is supporting a very highly regarded boutique investment firm in central London, who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their lovely team. About the Role

You would primarily support a collaborative executive who is an important figure within the firm, with lighter touch support to 2-3 others on his team.

This is a traditional Executive Assistant role where the pace is fast and plans are always changing. Day to day includes:

  • International travel coordination (mainly Europe)
  • Expenses
  • Meeting coordination
Requirements
  • 7+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
  • At least 1 year of experience within private equity or the private markets space
