Exeter College invites applications for an Executive Officer & Data Protection Support in Exeter. This 0.8 FTE, part-time role supports the Executive Office and data protection function with flexible, proactive admin and governance tasks.
You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, DPO and SIRO, coordinating board meetings, minutes and action tracking while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards across the College Group.

We’re looking for an exceptional organiser, problem solver and relationship builder to join our Executive Office team as an Executive Officer & Data Protection Support. If you're proactive, professional and enjoy making things happen behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
As an Executive Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to combine high-level executive support with specialist data protection and information governance responsibilities in a role where no two days are the same.
