Exeter College in Exeter seeks a Recruitment Administrator to support recruitment and onboarding within the Apprenticeships & Future Skills team, helping potential apprentices and employers feel confident and supported at open evenings, careers fairs and interview events.

Join Exeter College, an award-winning, forward-thinking institution, as a Recruitment Administrator and become an essential part of our dynamic Apprenticeships & Future Skills team.

You’ll support the recruitment and onboarding process for one of the most successful apprenticeship teams in the country, helping individuals take their first steps into careers across a wide range of sectors. From recruitment tasks to representing Exeter College at open evenings, careers fairs, and interview events, you’ll be a key ambassador for our apprenticeship offer, helping potential apprentices and employers feel confident and supported every step of the way.
