Job summary

Exeter College is seeking a part‑time Admissions team member to be the College's first point of contact for customers and to provide information to prospective students, current students, employers and other stakeholders using a range of communication methods.

You will support learners on their journey from application to enrolment, so accuracy and helpfulness are essential. We value ambition, collaboration and energy, and offer generous holidays and a superb pension scheme.

Come and join our busy, fast-moving Admissions team. You’ll be as the College's first point of contact for all customers and you’ll provide information to prospective students, current students, employers and other stakeholders, using a range of communication methods.

You’ll support learners on their journey from application to enrolment, so it’s essential that your work is accurate and helpful. You’ll also need to be a natural at customer service.
