Job summary

Monetate in Greater London is seeking an Account Executive (Associate) to own and build your pipeline, conduct discovery, tailor solutions, run demos, and close deals in an AI-enabled sales motion.

You will manage full sales cycles, develop champions, and leverage Claude Enterprise and AI tools to accelerate execution. This role offers a high-earning OTE with uncapped commissions and clear career growth within Monetate.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a sales or sales-adjacent role with a quota target.
• Proven prospecting and pipeline-generation skills.
• Experience building your own pipeline through outbound.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Self-source pipeline: build your own pipeline through outbound and prospecting.
• Do your own account research and form a sharp point of view before outreach.
• Create the solution hypothesis translating learnings into business value.
• Own your own demos: run discovery and tailored product demos.
• Manage full sales cycles from first touch to close with momentum.
• Build champions and map the buying group for stakeholder alignment.
• Work AI-native: use Claude Enterprise and AI toolkit to accelerate research and drafting.
• Feed the field signal back to Sales, Product and Marketing.
