Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive housekeeping experience in hotels, including supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to five-star standards.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, can-do attitude that motivates the team.
