You will oversee daily management, ensuring immaculate presentation and a positive, high-performing team culture across guest rooms and public areas. You will work closely with senior leadership to maintain stellar guest experiences, train and develop a team of 16 housekeeping professionals, and drive continuous improvements in

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Head Housekeeper or Executive Head Housekeeper in a luxury or boutique hotel.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and rotate shifts when required.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 16 housekeeping professionals.
• Maintain immaculate presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas.
• Manage rotas, productivity, payroll, and labour costs.
• Conduct regular room inspections and quality audits.
• Recruit, train, coach, and support team members to uphold high standards.
• Foster a positive, engaged, high-performing team culture.
• Oversee linen, laundry, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Reception, Maintenance, F&B, and senior management.
• Address guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations and guest satisfaction.
