Job summary

The Queens Hotel in Leeds is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Truly Talented team. You will report to the Head Housekeeper and drive the day-to-day operation, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

Key duties include implementing brand standards, leading a housekeeping team, coordinating with Front Office, Maintenance and F&B, and actively developing staff through training and daily checks.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required.
• Commitment to high levels of guest service and cleanliness.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Ability to remain calm in busy environments and take ownership of tasks.
• Proven track record of achieving targets with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement housekeeping and brand standards.
• Lead in ensuring guests receive the best experience.
• Maintain bedrooms and public areas via SOPs, training, and daily checks.
• Develop the team and support cross‑functional collaboration.
• Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance and F&B teams.
• Seek feedback and evaluate service levels proactively.
• Develop and implement strategies for improvement.
