Zusammenfassung

Verde Resorts is seeking a Head Chef for Dundonald Links in Gailes, Scotland. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary up to £48,000 per annum. You will lead the kitchen team, oversee portion control, stock rotation, menu accuracy and food hygiene.

Requirements include Level 3 Food Safety and prior busy-kitchen experience; a driving licence is an advantage for travel to the retreat. We offer enhanced holiday entitlement, staff discounts, gym and swimming pool access, golf

Qualifikationen

Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment is essential.
Level 3 Food Safety certification is required.

Aufgaben

Take charge of portion, stock and quality control to serve only the best dishes.
Keep kitchen areas clean and tidy at all times.
Lead the team, manage rotas, provide training and maintain high motivation.
Ensure consistent and prompt preparation and food service.
Oversee stock ordering and stock rotation.
Ensure menus and boards have correct information, spelling and prices.
Comply with all food hygiene regulations.
