Job summary

Verde Resorts is seeking a Commis Chef for Dundonald Links in Gailes. This permanent, full‑time role offers a great hourly rate of £13 and will involve variable shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will support kitchen prep, maintain high food standards, rotate stock, comply with hygiene rules, help with washing, and assist with serving duties. Catering qualifications are an advantage but not essential, and a driving licence would help with travel to the resort.

We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team at Dundonald Links in Gailes. Great hourly rate of £13!

This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be across variable days which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Commis Chef / Kitchen Porter will
