Job summary

Verde Resorts Management is seeking a Commis Chef to join the team at Dundonald Links in Gailes. The role is a permanent, full-time position with a great hourly rate of £13 and will involve variable daytime, evening, weekend and bank holiday shifts.

You will be responsible for ensuring food preparation and presentation meet high standards, managing stock rotation, and complying with food hygiene regulations. A driving licence is advantageous for travel to the resort.

Qualifications

• Similar previous experience is desired.
• Catering qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
• Right to Live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preparation and presentation meet high standards.
• Ensure stock rotation is accurate and effective.
• Comply with all food hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist with pot washing.
• Collect tableware and plates within the restaurant area.
