Job summary

Principle in London invites you to join its executive engagement team to deliver exceptional experiences for C-suite clients and partners. Based in the Executive Briefing Centre, you’ll blend polished stakeholder management with meticulous operational delivery in a hands-on role.

This 12-month contract offers £76,000 per annum plus a 10% discretionary bonus, with 4–5 days onsite per week at London King’s Cross.

Qualifications

4–6 years experience in executive engagement, VIP events, premium hospitality or programme management.
Calm under pressure, highly organised and able to manage last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in global technology, enterprise client programmes or executive briefing centres is beneficial.
Vendor management and cross-regional collaboration are valuable.

Responsibilities

Deliver seamless onsite executive briefings, from room readiness and guest arrival to hospitality and live issue resolution.
Coordinate catering, transport, hotels, signage, branded merchandise and personalised guest details.
Partner with security, facilities, AV, culinary, sales and account teams.
Manage suppliers and maintain consistently high service standards.
Support schedules, resources, documentation and digital briefing pages.
Improve tools and processes as the global program continues to scale.
