Job summary

Principle seeks an Executive Engagement Programme Manager to lead the London Executive Briefing Centre, delivering high-touch experiences for C-suite clients through events, hospitality and cross-functional coordination. You'll manage site readiness, coordinating venues, catering, hotels, transport and guest requirements, working with teams across London, the US West Coast and other locations.

12-month contract with a £76,000pa salary, 4-5 onsite days per week at London King's Cross, plus

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years' experience in executive engagement, VIP events, premium hospitality or programme management.
  • Experience delivering high-touch programmes in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and ownership of multiple moving parts.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach when priorities change or last-minute issues arise.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Availability to work onsite in London 4-5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day readiness of the London Executive Briefing Centre, including meeting spaces, supplies, inventory and technology showcases.
  • Deliver onsite support for executive briefings, typically involving groups of 7-15 external executives.
  • Coordinate room set-up, catering, hotels, transport, signage, branded merchandise and personalised guest requirements.
  • Welcome and escort visiting executives, ensuring a polished and professional arrival experience.
  • Act as the main onsite contact for security, facilities, AV, culinary and other operational teams.
  • Manage external vendors, ensuring services are delivered on time and to the required quality standard.
  • Support Executive Engagement Leads with scheduling, resource booking, briefing documentation and digital engagement pages.
  • Contribute to global programme initiatives, including branded merchandise, operating tools and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across London, the US West Coast and other international locations.

An outstanding opportunity to join the executive engagement team of a leading global technology organisation, supporting the delivery of immersive, high-profile experiences for C-suite clients and strategic partners.

The Executive Briefing Programme brings senior leaders together with internal experts to explore emerging technologies, strengthen commercial relationships and identify new opportunities. As Executive Engagement Programme Manager, you'll ensure every London engagement is delivered to an exceptional standard.

This is a visible, hands-on position combining executive events, premium hospitality, programme operations and cross-functional coordination. You'll be the operational anchor onsite, anticipating requirements, resolving issues quickly and creating a seamless experience from arrival through to departure.

  • Salary of £76,000pa
