We are looking for an Executive Experiences Coordinator to manage the physical environment and operational flow of our dedicated briefing space in London King's Cross. In this role, you will lead on‑site setup, coordinate digital logistics, and host C-suite guests, ensuring every touchpoint meets a strict bar for quality and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- On‑Site Space Management & Operations: Maintain the daily readiness of the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in King's Cross. Manage hardware, product showcases, supplies, and custom touchpoints for guest arrivals.
- Concierge‑Level VIP Support: Act as the primary on‑site liaison for visiting executives. Greet guests, handle security, facilities, and AV coordination, and oversee catering, transport, swag, and signage.
- Digital & Event Logistics: Partner with Executive Engagement Leads to design agendas and host VIP briefings (averaging 7 to 15 external executives per session). Build and maintain polished digital landing pages for client pre‑briefing info.
- Cross‑Functional & Global Collaboration: Serve as the central hub connecting internal teams—including facilities, security, culinary, AV, and sales—while collaborating asynchronously with global teams across time zones.
- Program Building: Contribute to global program initiatives, including end‑to‑end swag programs, process optimization, and workflow enhancements.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Experience managing executive briefings, VIP events, or high‑touch program operations within a fast‑paced environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of building cross‑functional relationships across diverse internal teams (facilities, security, IT/AV, sales).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and quality control under high visibility.
- Adaptability: Comfort operating in an evolving environment where processes are actively scaling (\"building the bicycle as you ride it\") and priorities shift dynamically.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace.
