Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Business Development (Mid-size Accounts) in London.

This senior sales leader will drive enterprise-level growth through global account strategy, strategic partnerships, and long-term client engagement, navigating complex procurement environments and MSAs. You will partner with therapeutic strategy, operations, legal, finance, and delivery teams to craft client-centric growth strategies, leveraging deep pharmaceutical industry

Qualificações

• Proven experience in strategic sales, global business development, or client relationship management in life sciences.
• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent with extensive clinical research/commercialization experience.
• MBA/PhD/MD is a plus and beneficial for senior leadership
• Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape and clinical trial industry is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global business development across high-value accounts to drive strategic growth and revenue expansion.
• Identify and pursue enterprise-level opportunities, MSAs, preferred provider arrangements, and strategic alliances.
• Develop multi-year strategic growth plans for key global clients aligned with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create client-centric growth strategies and manage complex procurement environments.
• Negotiate MSAs and coordinate cross-functional solution development for big deals.
