Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic sales, global business development, or client relationships.
• Significant experience in the clinical trial industry and knowledge of the pharma landscape.
• Ability to negotiate MSAs and lead enterprise-level pursuits with executives.

Aufgaben

• Leads global business development across high-value accounts, driving growth and revenue.
• Identifies and pursues enterprise opportunities, including MSAs and strategic alliances.
• Creates multi-year strategic growth plans for key global clients aligned to commercial goals.
• Acts as strategic advisor to client executives, understanding priorities and pipelines.
• Navigates procurement organizations to influence decisions and contracting.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with operations, delivery, and marketing to tailor solutions.
• Leads development of proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Maintains up-to-date CRM records with account strategy, contacts and opportunities.
