Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. in London is seeking a Customer Experience Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the flagship London Customer Experience Centre.

You will host visiting customers, prospects and partners and ensure a premium onsite experience that deepens relationships and supports revenue growth. Reporting to Sales & Marketing, you will collaborate with executive leadership, engineering and product teams to tailor briefing agendas, coordinate speakers, and manage logistics for

Qualifications

• Experience in customer experience, executive briefing programmes, hospitality management, customer marketing, or related functions.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, working confidently across all levels of the organisation.
• Cybersecurity/enterprise tech exposure is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the London Customer Experience Centre.
• Welcome and host visitors, acting as first point of contact.
• Ensure meeting spaces, rooms, demonstrations, and hospitality are prepared to the highest standard.
• Coordinate with catering, facilities, IT, and security to deliver onsite experience.
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
• Maintain an environment reflecting the company's brand and cybersecurity leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer and employee experience during engagements.
• Support scheduling and coordination of Customer Experience Centre engagements.
