Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in London seeks a Principal Marketing Specialist, CXC Briefing Advisor to direct the executive briefing lifecycle and enhance C‑suite engagements. You will coach a team, oversee budgets, and align briefing content with strategic objectives across complex, global programs.

Senior leadership experience, exceptional communication, and strong project management are essential to deliver high‑impact events and insights that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Level 7 preferred.
• 10–12 years of marketing, executive engagement, or briefing centre experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior individual and/or team lead role.
• Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous.
• Experience with marketing software and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Own full executive briefing lifecycle from discovery through on-site management and post‑engagement reporting.
• Develop briefing strategies and meeting plans aligned with customer priorities and company goals.
• Lead and mentor briefing staff and vendors; run regular planning meetings.
• Oversee content, review sessions, and light presenter coaching for executive delivery.
• Support events and engagements; handle logistics, catering, and venue coordination.
• Manage briefing management system and budget; report programme performance.
• Coordinate with executives, sales, and regional teams to achieve objectives.
