A leading investment firm is looking for an organised, confident Executive Assistant to support a high-performing M&A team of up to seven. This role offers plenty of pace, variety, and visibility — ideal for someone with experience in M&A or a similarly high-pressure environment who thrives on taking ownership and keeping things running smoothly.

You’ll be central to the team’s operations, providing seamless diary and travel support, tracking time-sensitive projects, and acting as a key point of coordination. This isn’t just classic EA work — you’ll be the team’s anchor, ensuring regulatory steps and documentation are in place, timelines are met, and stakeholders are kept aligned.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating international travel and logistics
  • Processing and monitoring expenses
  • Supporting project timelines and following up on key actions
  • Overseeing documentation, including NDAs and regulatory requirements
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and main point of contact for the team
  • Providing consistent, calm support in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or similar
  • A strong understanding of fast-moving project work and internal processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
