Base pay range

Job Title: Data Entry Admin Assistant (Remote)

Location: Remote – London Based

Salary: £11.50 – £14.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Hours Available)

About the Role:

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Admin Assistant for a London-based client. This remote position is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills who can manage large volumes of data with accuracy and speed. You’ll play a key role in maintaining records, updating databases, and supporting internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Organise digital files and documents for easy access and retrieval
  • Assist with general admin tasks such as email management, document formatting, and report preparation
  • Support other departments with data-related requests
  • Handle confidential information in a professional and secure manner

Requirements:
