We operate a hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office and two from home.
FT Partners is seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior bankers in our London office. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring efficient operations by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, booking complex travel, and handling expense reporting.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and who can seamlessly juggle multiple priorities with professionalism, discretion, and initiative.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including all logistics and follow-ups
Manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries, ensuring seamless alignment with business priorities and personal preferences
Prepare and submit monthly expense reports, resolving discrepancies as needed
Maintain up-to-date contacts and data in Outlook and CRM systems
Act as a gatekeeper for communications—screening, prioritising, and routing as appropriate
Provide high-quality administrative support with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Build strong working relationships with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders
Consistently adhere to firm policies while exercising sound judgment in managing sensitive tasks
Experience & Skills:
3–5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably in financial services, consulting, law, or professional services
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptionally well-organised and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and anticipate needs without constant direction
Comfortable managing multiple demands and shifting priorities
Proven discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
Professional and composed under pressure
