Executive Assistant – Global Financial Services Firm

Central London | 4 days in office | £55,000–£60,000

We’re working with a global financial services firm to find a professional, proactive Executive Assistant to support a team of 8 with their client activity.

This is a fast-paced and varied role, perfect for someone confident supporting multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary and meeting coordination across a team of 8
  • Managing client meeting requests and internal planning sessions
  • Ensuring time is used effectively, not just filled
  • Supporting three Investment Directors with high client focus
  • Coordinating with Investment Specialists and Product Managers
  • Preparing agendas, briefing documents, and follow-ups
  • Acting as a central point of contact for the team
  • Providing ad-hoc admin and presentation support

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, ideally within financial or professional services
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to think ahead
  • Comfortable handling client-facing admin and communication
  • Clear communicator with a calm, team-first approach
  • Strong technical admin skills and confidence using internal systems

You’ll be supporting individuals with a mix of working styles — from high-touch to light-touch — so adaptability and sound judgement are key.
