Job description

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to go permanent)

Salary: Up to £42,000 plus benefits

Location: Central London (with flexible working options)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning property company as an Executive Assistant to the board, supporting the CEO, COO and Business Development Director. This is a pivotal role where you'll work closely with the senior leadership team, enabling them to focus on high-level strategic and operational priorities while you take ownership of complex scheduling, communications, document preparation and stakeholder engagement.

You'll be working at the heart of a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation, building strong relationships and making a meaningful impact from day one. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing demanding diaries and resolving scheduling conflicts with ease
  • Organising meetings, events, video conferences and travel—both in the UK and internationally
  • Acting as the first point of contact for senior executives—screening emails and calls, drafting correspondence and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Preparing professional documentation including Board papers, presentations, reports and research summaries
  • Taking accurate minutes, tracking follow-up actions and ensuring timely completion
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement, including liaison with TRDP Members and managing meeting logistics and records
  • Handling expenses, credit card reconciliations and internal time-recording systems
  • Assisting with business development and marketing activity such as client care and feedback initiatives
  • Helping coordinate internal and external events throughout the year

About you:

  • A proven track record supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a calm, confident approach
  • Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters
  • Tech-savvy and experienced in MS Office (especially Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Confident working independently but equally happy to pitch in as part of a close-knit team
