With a strong heritage rooted in London’s vibrant fashion scene, Embassy London is a bold and creative premium footwear and accessories brand renowned for its unique designs and passion for innovation. From the beginning, our mission has been clear: to create bright & bold updates to classic footwear styles for those individuals who want to live life on their own terms.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly data-driven Ecommerce Executive with a broad skillset to join our small passionate and close-knit team. Reporting into the Digital Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Shopify website, trading, conversion, UX/UI, and performance digital marketing. The role is predominantly remote with occasional work in our Dartford office. This is an exceptional opportunity with clear progression and the chance to influence the Digital roadmap and gain exposure to the senior management team early on. This role would suit either a recent graduate from an analytical discipline or someone with under two years of Ecommerce experience.

The Role
Website Management & Development
  • Maintain all aspects of our Shopify website including categorisation, navigation, attributes, and landing pages.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from visit to checkout, transactional emails, fulfillment, and returns.
  • Manage seasonal collection and markdown launches, including image and data collation and upload to the website.
  • Assist or serve as the key contact for ecommerce in wider business projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
Trading & CRO
  • Use Google Analytics, Shopify, and other systems to monitor KPIs and recommend improvements.
  • Create visual merchandise PLPs to maximise sales based on best sellers, coverage, newness, and sizing availability.
  • Provide in-depth weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, actively contributing in team meetings.
  • Communicate insights regularly with all departments to help shape website content, marketing calendar, range planning, and overall brand strategy.
  • Maintain and optimise international Ecommerce sites and support our four London retail stores.
Digital Marketing
  • Act as a key contact for the Digital Marketing agency regarding paid social, paid search, shopping, and display advertising.
  • Monitor performance marketing KPIs including impressions, CTR, CPA, spends, ROAS, and brand protection.
  • Support SEO strategy, management, and administration.
  • Work with the Marketing department to optimise, schedule, and analyse newsletter performance.
  • Become a super user of our Email marketing and CRM platform, Klaviyo.
  • Conduct regular site, listing, landing page, and competitor reviews for optimisation.
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in a business, numerical, or analytical discipline.
  • Highly analytical, numerate, data-driven, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Some experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion, footwear, or premium retail; recent graduates with relevant degrees are also suitable.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Shopify experience is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Klaviyo, HTML coding, and SEO is beneficial but not essential.
  • Organised self-starter with the ability and desire to work well within a small, growing team.
  • Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile.
