A housing association in Belfast is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to the executive team. This role offers flexible and hybrid working with benefits including a healthcare scheme and generous annual leave. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a PA and a strong understanding of Office 365. The salary ranges from £28,780.97 to £32,002.51.
This is an exciting role at the heart of our business to provide a high quality, confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Group Chief Executive, our Executive team and the wider business.
As Executive Assistant, you will be able to work independently and interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, using a high degree of initiative, judgement and discretion in carrying out your duties.
You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, requiring initiative and flexibility in your approach to your workload.
This role would suit a self-motivated individual with strong open communication skills who has the ability to plan and manage their workload effectively and deal with varied and competing priorities.
The role requires you to have a good practical understanding of Office 365 and specifically how to collaborate in real time with various stakeholders to ensure the effective management of the executive office.
You will have skills in problem solving and be curious to stay current with how best to use technology to fulfil the demands of a busy office environment.
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing high level business administration as a PA/Executive Assistant to a Senior Management Team and/or Board of Directors AND GCSEs in Maths and English, at Grade C or above, or equivalent OR 5 years’ experience providing high level business administration as a PA/Executive Assistant to a Senior Management Team and/or Board of Directors
