Job summary

Reed in Partnership in Bolton is seeking a Test Centre Associate to ensure smooth invigilation and delivery of tests, while upholding security and process guidelines.

You will provide a high level of customer service, check candidate IDs, manage bookings, and support with the test centre's opening/closing procedures. The role offers flexible part-time shifts across evenings and Saturdays, with ongoing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure to short timescales.
• Experience in working with diverse customer groups.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturday.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Checking candidates' ID documents and booking them in on the system
• Ensuring the integrity and security of tests are maintained
• Supervision and invigilation of tests
• Explaining the test process to candidates and supporting with other queries
• Reviewing tests and test centre schedules
• Performing daily test centre opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring the test centre meets individual candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and diversity & inclusion
