Job summary

New Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels, is seeking a Sales & Events Manager to lead luxury weddings, private dining and corporate events at Sutton Coldfield.

You’ll drive sales from enquiry through to delivery, mentor the Events team, and ensure flawless guest experiences to enhance the venue’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales and events role, ideally within a luxury hotel or high-quality venue.
• Strong sales and events planning skills with ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work 5 days out of 7 including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of exceptional guest experiences from enquiry to execution.
• Drive sales, maximise conversions and manage end-to-end event planning.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for weddings, corporate events and private dining.
• Lead, coach and inspire the Sales & Events team to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, service and professionalism.
