The Pembroke Club London in Belgravia is seeking an Events Waiter to deliver exceptional service at private events and member functions. You will work with the events, kitchen and bar teams to ensure menus are executed with precision and a memorable guest experience across varied occasions.

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, banqueting, hotels, private members' clubs, or high-volume F&B operations.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards.

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service at private events, banquets, receptions, meetings and member functions.
• Set up, prepare, and break down event spaces according to specifications.
• Serve food, beverages and canapés efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain clean, well-presented service areas at all times.
• Liaise with events, kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and discreetly.
• Assist with room resets and event turnaround requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of event menus and service styles.
• Handle guest enquiries confidently and elevate concerns when needed.
• Support colleagues to ensure events run smoothly.
• Comply with health, safety, food hygiene and licensing regulations.
• Represent the club professionally and ensure a warm guest experience.

Role Overview

To further elevate and enhance our events offering, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Events Waiter to contribute to the club's success by delivering exceptional service at private functions, member events, and special occasions.

The ideal candidate is polished, attentive, and service-driven, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. This role is central to the successful delivery of a wide range of events, ensuring service is executed seamlessly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with the events, kitchen, and bar teams to provide outstanding hospitality, adapting to the varied requirements of each event while maintaining professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail. A proactive approach, strong teamwork, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential.
