Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking an Events Team Leader to manage front-line event teams across Warwick Castle’s busy events programme. You will supervise Event Hosts, coordinate operations and ensure exceptional guest service, presentation and safety throughout weddings, conferences, concerts and seasonal activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, catering, events or a customer-facing environment.
• Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good awareness of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and seasonal schedules.
• Must be aged 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Event Hosts during events and day-to-day operations.
• Conduct team briefings and allocate duties to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Provide coaching, guidance and support to team members.
• Lead by example in professionalism and customer service.
• Support training of new team members.
• Assist managers with rota implementation and workforce coordination during events.
• Deliver exceptional guest service in line with standards.
• Respond to guest requests, enquiries and complaints.
• Oversee food & beverage operations and service standards.
• Coordinate event setup, marshalling and guest flow during events.
• Ensure venues are prepared to the required standard before guest arrival.
