• Oversee daily operation of hotel restaurants and outlets to ensure service readiness.

• Handle escalated guest queries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor KPIs and support revenue and guest-satisfaction initiatives.
• Control costs, stock levels and waste across outlets.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety and company standards.
