Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in line with company and venue standards.
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests attending events.
• Respond positively and professionally to guest requests and enquiries.
• Actively engage with guests to enhance their overall event experience.
• Support the smooth running of events while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Serve Food and Beverages to guests efficiently and professionally.
• Support table service operations, including clearing and resetting tables between courses.
• Prepare and replenish food and beverage service areas as required.
• Operate bar facilities in accordance with company procedures and licensing requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service periods.
• Support the setup and breakdown of event spaces and equipment.
• Assist with guest seating and event marshalling activities.
• Ensure event areas are fully prepared before guests arrive.
• Provide operational support throughout events to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and event organisers to deliver successful events.
• Adapt to different event formats and operational requirements as needed.
