Aramark UK is hiring a Restaurant Manager for the Undercroft Cafe at Warwick Castle. This full-time role requires working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. Typical shifts are 9am–5pm, with occasional evenings for events.

You will lead a small team, ensure exceptional service, and drive sales through upselling. Join a collaborative team at a historic venue, with opportunities for development, staff benefits, and fun seasonal activities while delivering high standards of food

Qualifications

• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and high service standards.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Proactive problem solving and guest care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Undercroft Cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15-20 to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Manage stock control and daily financial procedures.
• Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, service, and cleanliness.
• Drive sales and performance through excellent service and upselling techniques.
• Resolve guest feedback professionally and with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with Warwick Castle events and catering teams during seasonal drinks receptions.
