The Events Team Leader plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across Warwick Castle's diverse programme of events. From weddings, banquets, conferences and themed dining experiences to seasonal attractions and live music concerts, this role is responsible for leading front-line event teams and supporting the successful delivery of a wide range of hospitality and entertainment events. Working closely with the Events Manager, the Events Team Leader will supervise Event Hosts, coordinate event operations, and ensure the highest standards of customer service, presentation, and safety are maintained at all times. This is hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
