Job summary

Redwood is partnering with an international scientific media publishing company to appoint an Associate Project Manager – Events (Virtual and On-Site). The role supports the creation and publication of educational programmes and offers a hybrid working pattern with 2 days per week in Buckinghamshire offices.

Candidates should have around two years' experience in events or project management within medical communications or publishing, with strong non-technical PM skills and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in Events Coordination / Associate Project Manager / Events Professional
• Degree level education or equivalent; science background desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-supported cardiovascular projects, events and educational programmes from inception through publication
• Organise and manage educational content creation, including interviews, webinars, symposia and round tables, filmed virtually or on-site
• Plan and execute publishing projects to meet scope, brief and budget
• Manage internal stakeholders across account management, medical writing, marketing, education and digital teams
• Liaise with physicians / key opinion leaders and manage client relations throughout the delivery cycle
