Job summary

Redwood Publishing Recruitment is partnering with an international scientific media publishing company to appoint an Associate Project Manager – Events (Virtual and On-Site) to support creation and publication of educational programmes. The role sits in the projects team and offers hybrid working with 2 days a week in Buckinghamshire offices.

The ideal candidate is early in their project management career, ready to take ownership of client delivery, supporting cardiovascular education

Qualifications

• Around two years' experience in events coordination/associate project management, ideally in medical communications, publishing, or agency background.
• Strong non-technical project management skills with track record of delivering multiple projects in health education.
• Educated to degree level; science-based subject desirable but not essential.
• Adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to multitask and manage several client projects.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of client-supported cardiovascular projects, events, and educational programmes from inception to publication.
• Organise and manage content creation, including interviews, webinars, symposia, round tables, and peer-to-peer discussions (virtual and on-site).
• Plan and execute publishing projects to meet scope, brief and budget.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (account managers, medical writers, marketing, education, digital media) for quality content.
• Manage physician/KOL relations and liaise with clients throughout the delivery cycle.
• Maintain transparency and adherence to project plans and procedures with clients.
