Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Medical Events Project Coordinator to join our collaborative Projects Team. You will support the delivery of client-funded educational programmes, coordinating virtual and face-to-face events with physicians and global healthcare organisations.

In this hybrid role, you will manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget and at the highest quality standards, while working with internal teams and maintaining clear client communications.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as an Events Coordinator / Associate Project Manager.
• First-class non-technical project management skills with a track record delivering multiple projects in health education.
• Degree level qualification; science background desirable but not essential.
• Adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and live educational events, webinars, and symposia.
• Manage project timelines, schedules and deliverables through the lifecycle.
• Liaise with physicians, key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, Medical Writing, Education and Digital Media.
• Provide client communications and regular project updates.
• Coordinate filming, content creation and event logistics.
• Ensure projects meet objectives, budgets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and processes.
