Job summary

Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow is seeking a Part Time Events Operations Team Member on a fixed term contract until January 2027. You’ll be the warm host across celebrations, delivering personal service and quick, thoughtful decisions to elevate every guest moment.

We are looking for an authentic and driven Part Time Events Operations Team Member to join us at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa on a fixed term contract until January 2027.

What do you need to be an Events Operations Team Member?

Your main duties and responsibilities will be working across a wide range of events such as Birthdays, Weddings and Baby Showers to provide customers with excellent service, working to a fast pace and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. So, we are looking for someone who has…

• Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week across an assortment of shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility of working hours, you might have late finishes and early starts depending on which event you are supporting!
