Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, is seeking a Part Time Concierge in Glasgow. The role focuses on delivering heartfelt, personalised guest experiences and acting as the city guide for dining and adventures.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, handle requests, and help ensure every stay is memorable. Flexible shifts and a warm, engaging personality are key.

Qualifications

• Available to work 30 hours per week.
• Experience as Receptionist/Concierge/Guest Services in a 4/5* hotel is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Glasgow local area and dining spots is valuable.

As a Concierge,you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.

What do you need to be a Concierge? Your main duties and responsibilities will be the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring a uniquely personal experience for every guest. • Availability to work 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work either 3 x 10-hour shifts or 4 x 8-hour shifts, depending on the needs of the business. The successful candidate will also be willing to work occasional longer shifts when required to support operational demands.

• Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial.

• Knowledge of the local area, know the good spots for food and drink especially!

• Passion for interacting with guests, this is a hugely hands on role that requires great personal skills.

• Drive to produce results, we work together within the Kimpton family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.

• A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
