Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) is seeking a Part Time Events Operations Team Member for Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow on a fixed-term contract until January 2027. You'll support a range of events with a focus on guest service, working evenings and weekends as part of a warm, authentic Kimpton team.

You will bring a can-do attitude, flexibility, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences while maintaining high hospitality standards in a busy events environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week across evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility of working hours with late finishes and early starts depending on the event.
• Warm and authentic personality with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.

Responsibilities

• Work across events such as Birthdays, Weddings and Baby Showers to provide customers with excellent service, supporting smooth operations.
• Contribute to delivering a 5* hotel experience as part of the Kimpton/Blythswood Square team.
