A leading venue in London is seeking an experienced Events Manager to oversee the planning and execution of commercial events. This role involves managing client relationships and ensuring successful event delivery, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in event management and a passion for creativity.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Events Manager & Planner to support the management, planning, and execution of the Commercial Events Hire Programme. This role will serve as a key point of contact for event clients and production teams, overseeing the successful delivery of up to 30 events per year.
This role focuses on the planning and operational delivery of events for clients hiring our client’s dry hire venue.
Please note that while this position sits within the Commercial Directorate, it is specifically focused on commercial events and does not involve music programming.
Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.
About you:
You should have a minimum of two years’ professional experience in event management for private or corporate events, along with strong working knowledge of the live events industry. Just as important are your exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills, and your calm, creative approach to problem-solving.

Contract: Fixed Term until 31 December 2025
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £36,420.80 per annum
