Job summary

Aramark in Hartpury, England is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate hospitality and catering bookings across the site and be the main contact for enquiries, ensuring exceptional experiences daily.

You will work with catering and operations to plan meetings and events, monitor service levels, and support admin tasks such as booking systems and reporting. A customer-focused, organised individual with strong IT skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events, catering, or customer service.
• Strong organisation and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive and flexible with multitasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and admin systems.
• Experience coordinating events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospitality and catering bookings across the site.
• Act as the key point of contact for hospitality enquiries and event requests.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure expectations are met.
• Support the planning and delivery of meetings, conferences, functions, and special events.
• Work closely with catering and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor hospitality standards and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist with administrative duties, including booking systems, reporting, and record keeping.
• Support stock control, ordering, and invoicing processes where required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
