Job summary

Aramark is recruiting a Multi-unit Catering Manager to lead our campus catering operation at Hartpury University and College. You will oversee a busy portfolio including main restaurant, Costa Coffee outlets, events, hospitality, retail and residential dining, with two new openings launching in September 2026.

Reporting to the Account Director, you will manage a large front-of-house team, drive service excellence, audit performance and robust compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in catering, hospitality or retail management, ideally multi-site or high-volume.

Responsibilities

• Lead front of house catering operations across multiple outlets, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
• Inspire and develop a large, diverse team with a culture of engagement, performance, training and continuous improvement.
• Oversee staffing and resource planning to cover all trading periods, including weekends and events.
• Collaborate with Account Director and client stakeholders to meet business and customer expectations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety, and audit standards.
• Manage stock control and ordering to ensure product availability while controlling waste.
• Support events and hospitality services to high standards and positive customer experiences.
• Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities for existing services and new concepts.
