Rosewood London is seeking an experienced Events Head Waiter to lead casual and agency waiting teams through event preparation, service and breakdown on-site.

You will act as a key point of contact for event organisers and guests, ensuring efficient delivery of functions up to 40 guests while upholding Rosewood London standards.

The role offers a dynamic environment with close collaboration to the Events management team and opportunities to contribute to unforgettable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead event waiting teams and coordinate with agency staff.
• Strong planning and preparation skills for high-standard events.
• Comfortable interacting with event organisers and guests.

Responsabilités

• Lead casual and agency waiting associates during event set-up, service and breakdown.
• Ensure rooms are prepared at least 30 minutes before each function in line with Rosewood London standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for organisers and guests, handling requests confidently and adapting to changes.
• Coordinate with the Events management team to deliver each event according to the function sheet requirements.
• Address last-minute changes and resolve service issues efficiently with timely updates to Events Operations management.
• Maintain service, safety and operational standards, including Micros posting accuracy and reporting incidents.
